One of the first things any night owl will notice about Korea is the sheer amount of people passed out in public, often precipitated by excessive drinking, but not always! Some people just want to lay down in the middle of a sidewalk and take a nap.
For those of us from Western countries, this is somewhat shocking and humorous as it seems to be the normal state of things and relatively safe to do in Korea, in contrast to the swift legal consequences many of us would fake back home.
Black Out Korea is a user-driven site, with submissions from people all over the world. You make this site what it is!
Suggestions for submissions:
-Black out or blur your faces, as some angry netizens may try to target you. I wouldn't worry about blurring the faces of those blacked out -- they didn't seem to have an issue with it before they lost consciousness.
-"Pose" with blackouts at your own risk. Koreans [apparently] find it very offensive, moreso than people blacked out all over their pavement.
-Please no homeless people. Use your best judgment.
